Doors open at 8:30 A.M. and the run starts at 9:00 A.M.
Come early to hang and acquaint yourself with the group!
WHERE
Endurance Performance Training Center
There's plenty of parking around the Mill Valley Depot and surrounding neighborhood
WHAT TO EXPECT
This is a no-drop social run. There will be athletes at every level and multiple routes and pace groups to choose from. So whether you want to get in a strong weekend endurance run, or a short jaunt to get the blood flowing, we'll have options for you!

The run itself will take anywhere from 45-90 minutes, depending on what route you choose. All trails here are very technical, with plenty of elevation gain, so be prepared for some walking, ducking, and high-stepping. Parts of the run can be especially treacherous when wet.

We're very lucky to have our friends from Precision Fuel & Hydration join us. There will be electrolyte drinks and trail snacks to keep you going, and a raffle at the end of the run.

And of course, there will be amazing post-run bakery treats and coffee!!
WHAT TO BRING
Trail shoes, clothes suited for the weather, and a water bottle (optional).
We're running rain or shine, so be ready for anything.

If you'd like to join and do not have trail shoes, let us know and we'll see what we can do. You should not attempt this run in road shoes. Our trails are technical and we want everyone to be as safe as possible.

BONUS BRICK WITH MIGUEL
Prior to the run, Miguel will lead an indoor spin class at the Endurance Performance Training Center (meeting spot for the run). The ride will be 90 minutes and start promptly at 7:00 A.M. You will bring your own bike, shoes, and apparel. Everyone will be hooked up to their own Wahoo Kickr Snaps and control their own resistance as Miguel takes the class through a structured workout with some kick-ass jams. Open to anyone, but spots are limited so sign up before we fill up!
