About the event
Come join us for a great morning group ride with Working Triathlete on the iconic Natchez Trace Parkway in Nashville, Tennessee! The route is a simple out-and-back from the parking lot at mile marker 440 (by the sign). Some may go 4+ hours. Others might just do a quick 90 minutes. The choice is yours!
There's an optional run off-the-bike, if you dare.
WHAT TO EXPECT
This is a self-supported group ride. There will be athletes at every level, so a few smaller groups of riders may form. No matter what, bring gear and snacks to get you through the full ride.
The ride itself will take anywhere from 1.5 to 4+ hours, depending on your speed/how much you're trying to show off. The route is iconic and extremely cyclist-friendly, but please keep your eye on the road. Here's a 100km route, but you can make it longer or shorter as you see fit.
And of course, there will be amazing pre/post-ride treats and coffee, and a giveaway from Quintana Roo!
WHAT TO BRING
Bike (duh), helmet, rear light, GPS computer, flat kit, ride fuel, and lots of water and electrolytes (no bonking allowed). Bring running shoes if you plan to run after the ride.
